Questions and Answers
How long does delivery take?
We deliver to Lithuania and Poland. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 3–5 business days. Free delivery in Lithuania on orders over €40, and in Poland on orders over 150 zł (parcel locker) or 350 zł (courier).
Delivery termsCan I return the item?
Yes. Within 14 days of receiving your item, you can cancel your purchase without giving a reason. Email us at hello@alaushu.com with your name, order number and the item you wish to return. We’ll respond within 7 business days and send you return instructions. We’ll issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened items if their protective packaging or seal has been damaged.

Yes. When placing an order, you can choose gift wrapping or purchase an electronic or physical gift voucher.
