ALAUSHU® is a wellness brand founded by a family in Lithuania. The brand name was inspired by Lake Alaušų, located in the west of the Molėtai district. We wanted to give meaning to this place dear to our hearts.

When we are constantly rushing and living on "autopilot", we lose connection with ourselves. In the long run, this can manifest as fatigue, irritability, or even burnout. It is important to feel the signals your body sends and make time for yourself.

The essence is not the nature of the activity, but the inner state: "I am here for myself now". Sometimes it is enough to start with small steps.
