ALAUSHU sleep patch is a disposable patch applied to the skin to help you relax during the day or prepare for a restful night's sleep. This patch is classified as a skin care product according to the EU guidelines of the Scientific Committee for Consumer Safety (SCCS). The classification is based on the final purpose of the product - to maintain well-being through the skin. The patch acts gradually and its safety is assessed in accordance with the requirements of EU Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products.
We are not advocates of traditional supplements and we do not claim that patches are the only way. We recommend applying the patch to clean, dry, and hairless skin – for example, the inner side of the wrist, upper arm, or lower abdomen.

The active ingredients are released gradually, so one patch can provide relief for 12 to 24 hours.
The sleep patch can be used together with the mosquito patch. Do not stick the patches on top of each other. If you are taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.
We recommend avoiding bathing or swimming with the patch on to maintain optimal adhesion and effectiveness. Water may cause the patch to come off.
These patches are manufactured in Europe from high-quality materials, in compliance with safety requirements. The patches have a safety assessment report in Lithuania. This report was prepared by a laboratory providing services to the pharmaceutical industry, which has an MIA license and a GMP certificate.

It all started quite simply - with curiosity. In the spring of 2022, during a business trip in Stockholm, I stopped by a small health store. Among the shelves, health patches caught my attention. I bought them. I tried them. And... I really liked them. After founding Alaushu, the thought always crossed my mind - how I would like these products to be part of Alaushu's healthy lifestyle routine.
